Please make all returns within 14 days of purchase. All items must be in original condition, not worn, with tags on. ALL SALES ON DISCOUNTED OR ON-SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.

Return Policy
At Eleanor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, which is why we've created a straightforward return policy to ensure your shopping experience with us remains positive.
Valid for Online Orders only!
Returns or exchanges are accepted on full price, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise with tags within 7 of receiving your items for a refund to your original form of payment. Items returned after 7 days can be returned or exchanged for a merchandise credit as long as the return is within 14 days of purchase.
For online orders, Eleanor does not cover the cost of returns but can provide a return shipping label at your request. Once we receive your items we will provide a refund minus the cost of the return label. You'll get an email sent to you when your refund has been processed.
Shoes must be returned in original condition with the original box. Boxes must be protected during the shipping process with no labels affixed to the exterior.
All jewelry, handbags, lingerie, home goods, apothecary, and all sale items are FINAL sale
Modified Return Policy
Return restrictions will be placed on accounts that exceed our return thresholds. If you have returned more than a $1000 of merchandise within a 6 month period future returns will only be eligible for a merchandise credit.
Merchandise Credits
All merchandise credits expire ONE YEAR after the date of issue.
Return Period
- Customers may return items within 7 days of delivery.
- The return period begins on the day you receive your order.
- Items must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for a full refund.
Return Process
- Package Return: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging if possible.
- Shipping: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please use the return label we email you upon your request.
- Processing: Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for inspection and processing.
Refund Information
- Full refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds typically appear in your account within 3-5 business days after processing, depending on your payment provider.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Items purchased with promotional discounts may be refunded at the discounted price.
Condition of Returns
Returns must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Complete with all accessories and documentation
- Free from damage caused after delivery
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Intimate apparel and swimwear for hygiene reasons
- All SALE merchandise if FINAL sale
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item:
- Return the original item following our return process.
- Place a new order for the desired replacement item.
- Note: This ensures faster processing than traditional exchanges.
- Or we can process an exchange on our end, but we can only do so after receiving back your original order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage when possible
- We'll cover return shipping and expedite a replacement or refund
Seasonal and Holiday Extended Returns
During the holiday season (November 15 - December 25), items purchased may be returned until January 31 of the following year.
